By accessing this website or engaging Narendra Infotech Ltd for services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws.

We provide software development, digital marketing and related services as described in individual proposals and statements of work. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate agreement.

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless stated otherwise in your agreement.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how. Content on this website is the property of Narendra Infotech Ltd.

Fees, payment schedules and invoicing terms are defined in each agreement. Invoices are payable within the period stated. Late payments may incur interest and pause ongoing work.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
